Can’t get to Prague? Watch the European Championship on TV or internet!
Probably none of the softball championships held in the Czech Republic before this have been available to watch as closely as the current European Championship. You can watch all games online with live scores, with the medal games being streamed online as well as being broadcast on Czech TV (Ceska televize).
CT Sport
The official medial partner of the European Championship is Czech TV, which, according to reporter Jakub Starik, will try to cover as much of the event as possible.
"We’ll broadcast ten-minute summaries daily. Also, we’re planning a live broadcast of Friday’s semifinal and one game on Sunday (not live). It depends on the results of the Czech team. In the end, we are going to broadcast a half-hour documentary about the whole tournament."
He went on to explain that the summaries will be broadcast in the late evening hours on CT Sport – the same channel that will show the medal games.
Streaming Broadcast
You can watch four more games on the internet, thanks to online streaming. Both semifinals, the bronze medal game and the final will be broadcast live on the internet. This broadcast is financed by the European Softball Federation (ESF) and will be operated by company Krilie.com. The link to the stream will be published on our website.
Play-by-Play Coverage
Live updates of all 75 tournament games will also be available thanks to special reporters, who’ll be updating the live score as well as the other information. Therefore, you can follow an inning-by-inning account of each game, including the lineups of both teams and a record of every at-bat. Play-by-play coverage offers also offers the possibility of getting detailed batting and pitching statistics from the games.
Results and Game Reports
There will be game reports with results and post-game comments from every game on the internet. Soon after the end of each game, you can also read interviews with players and coaches and other articles on our official website. More information can be found from our media partners.
